Vice President of Field Operations
SCORE is actively recruiting for a Vice President of Field Operations.
Reporting to the CEO, the Vice President of Field Operations is responsible for leading SCORE’s volunteer regional vice presidents, district directors and chapter chairs to ensure all volunteers have what they need for high client satisfaction, quality service delivery, engaged volunteers, compliant procedures and effective communication. The Vice President manages three direct reports and a total of 26 field operations staff and contractors. The Vice President proactively monitors chapter performance and field operational plan implementation and works collaboratively with other staff and volunteer leadership to maintain and enhance SCORE’s culture and achieve organizational goals.
